Aesthetic Clinic for Richmond

A short hop along the river, to a clinic where the person treating you also trains other injectors.

Richmond has no shortage of aesthetic options, so people who travel from there are usually looking for something specific. Most often it is the training background: Natalja teaches injecting technique to doctors, dentists, surgeons and nurses for Cosmetic Courses.

That changes how treatment is planned rather than how it is sold. Every decision has to be defensible, because in her other job someone is standing beside her asking why. Conservative first doses, a review before adding, and a straight answer when the honest one is that you do not need treatment yet.

Getting here from Richmond

South Western Railway runs between Richmond and Putney, and the journey is a short one. Putney station is roughly a ten minute walk from Upper Richmond Road.

By car it is usually fifteen to twenty minutes along the South Circular depending on traffic. Note that Richmond and Putney sit on different branches of the District line, so the train is generally quicker than the Underground for this particular trip.

What Richmond clients come in for

Richmond clients often come in for structural work, cheeks, chin and jawline, and for tear trough treatment where they want an experienced injector rather than the nearest one.

Who treats you

Natalja Andrejeva

Natalja is on the NMC register as an independent nurse prescriber, so she can prescribe what she administers and manage a complication herself rather than referring you elsewhere. For the structural work Richmond clients tend to ask for, around the cheeks, chin and jawline, that counts for more than it would on a straightforward first treatment.

I recently had fillers in my cheeks and around my mouth. The experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in. I would highly recommend this clinic and will return for all of my future treatments.

Questions

Frequently asked

Plenty of people should not, and we will say so. The reason most give is that they want an independent nurse prescriber who trains other injectors, particularly for the technical areas like tear trough. For straightforward treatment, closer is perfectly sensible.

It is the most demanding area on the face. The skin is under half a millimetre thick, the anatomy is unforgiving, and poor technique shows as puffiness or a bluish cast that can last months. Not everyone is suitable, and you will be told at consultation if you are not.
