Terms and Conditions

The practical terms covering booking, deposits, cancellations and treatment. Please read them before your first appointment.

Booking and deposits

A deposit of £50 is required to secure any appointment. The deposit is deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day.

Where a consultation does not lead to treatment, the deposit is refunded in full, unless the appointment was cancelled inside the notice period set out below.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and appointments not attended, forfeit the deposit.

This is not a penalty. An unfilled appointment at short notice is time another client could have used, and the notice period is what allows us to keep waiting times short.

If you are unwell, please tell us as early as you can. We would always rather move an appointment than have you attend when you should not.

Suitability and the right to decline

All treatments are subject to a medical assessment. We may decline to treat where a treatment is not clinically appropriate, where expectations cannot safely be met, or where your medical history makes treatment unsuitable.

Where treatment is declined, any deposit is refunded in full. Declining to treat is a clinical decision and is never negotiable.

Results, reviews and top-ups

Aesthetic treatment outcomes vary between individuals and no specific result can be guaranteed. Estimates given for how long a result lasts are typical ranges, not promises.

A review appointment is included two weeks after anti-wrinkle treatment. Adjustments identified at that review are carried out at no additional cost. Requests for further treatment beyond the agreed plan, or after the review window has passed, are charged as a new treatment.

Age and consent

Our minimum treating age is 21. We treat clients from 21 only where we are confident, after a thorough consultation, that it is in their best interest. Photographic ID may be requested.

Written informed consent is taken before every treatment, covering the procedure, the risks, the alternatives and the expected outcome. You may withdraw consent at any point before treatment begins.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please contact the clinic directly on 020 3633 3021 or by email so it can be addressed properly and promptly.

Natalja Andrejeva is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and the NMC operates its own complaints process which you are entitled to use at any time.

Review

These terms were last reviewed in August 2026. They are intended to be clear rather than exhaustive, and do not affect your statutory rights.
