Bunny lines run diagonally across the top of the nose and show up when you scrunch, laugh or squint. Some people have always had them. Others notice them appearing after the frown area has been treated, because the nose muscles start compensating for muscles that are no longer pulling.
A tiny dose either side of the bridge relaxes those muscles. It is a quick addition, usually done alongside frown or crow's feet treatment rather than on its own, and it is often what makes an upper face result look properly finished.
Placement matters here more than volume. The muscles that lift the lip sit close by, and drifting into them affects the smile, so this is not an area for guesswork.
