Radiesse is a calcium hydroxyapatite collagen biostimulator designed to improve structural support while stimulating collagen and elastin. Depending on the technique used it can improve skin firmness, laxity, facial definition and overall skin quality, with natural looking results that continue to develop.
Used at full strength and placed deeply, it provides structure and definition along the jaw and mid face. Diluted and spread in a fine layer, it works as a skin quality treatment across an area, firming and thickening skin rather than shaping it. The same syringe, used two ways, for two different problems.

No. The product itself is broken down over several months. What remains is the collagen your body has built, which lasts longer but not indefinitely, so most people return after twelve to eighteen months.
No, and that is an important difference. Hyaluronidase does not work on calcium hydroxyapatite, so placement has to be right first time. That is a reason to care who is holding the syringe.
