Voluma is our usual choice, placed deep against the bone where it provides lift rather than surface fullness. Placed correctly you should see a defined cheekbone and a lifted mid face, not a rounded apple. Most people need 1ml to 2ml per side initially.

Not when the product is placed deep on the bone rather than superficially in the soft tissue. The puffy look comes from too much volume placed too shallow, too far forward on the face.
