Tear Trough Filler in Putney
Softening the hollow that makes you look tired regardless of how much you have slept.
The tear trough is the groove running from the inner corner of the eye down along the orbital rim. As the fat pad supporting the lower lid thins, that groove deepens and casts a shadow. People are told constantly that they look exhausted, and no amount of concealer or sleep changes it.
This is the most technically demanding area on the face. The skin is under half a millimetre thick, the anatomy is unforgiving and there are significant vessels close by. It is also the area where poor technique is most visible, producing puffiness, a bluish tinge from light scattering through superficial gel, or fluid retention that lingers for months.
It is treated with a soft, low water binding gel placed deep against the bone, in small amounts, often over two sessions rather than one. Not everyone is suitable. If your under eye issue is pigmentation or genuine fat pad prolapse rather than a hollow, filler will make it look worse, and you will be told that at consultation rather than sold a treatment.

It takes longer, demands the most technical skill of any facial area and frequently needs a second session included in the plan. The price at £390 for 1ml reflects the assessment, the technique and the review, not the volume of product.
Suitability depends on what is actually causing the shadow. A true hollow responds well. Dark pigmentation, thin crepey skin or a prolapsed fat pad will not improve with filler and can look worse. This is assessed properly before anything is booked.
It can be dissolved. Natalja is a prescriber, so she can prescribe and administer the dissolving agent herself, and it can usually be dealt with within a day or two of you getting in touch.
